Praying....
When we pray we need to remember that for it is written, " when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others." Nor or we to keep saying the same things over and over for it is written, " when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words." We are to converse with our FATHER in secret for it is written, " When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. We are not to be like those of this world but to be set apart from for it is written, " Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him." and for it is written, " Know that the LORD has set apart the godly for himself; the LORD will hear when we call to him."
As we study the scriptures we see that JESUS would go off to himself to pray. We also see that when JESUS prayed HE called GOD what? FATHER. We are also to call GOD our FATHER for we are HIS children for it is written, " I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. Our FATHER seeks a relationship with us like no other. Just take minute to think....When we speak to others, do we say the same things over and over? No. For when people keep saying the same things over and over we diagnose them with a problem. right?. Our FATHER see's us as having a problem as well. One of lacking in faith. JESUS asked, “You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread? We are to believe and have faith that our FATHER has and is providing the answers to our prayers. We are urged to believe for it is written, " Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Paul also confirms this in scripture for it is written, " And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
Just as we talk to others we are to talk to our FATHER to which is in heaven. Conversations with our FATHER builds our relationship with HIM and draws us even closer to HIM. Conversations with GOD will always transform us in some way or another. As we study the scriptures we see that when Moses came down from the mount he was changed for it is written, " When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord. We can not and will not ever go before our FATHER and speak to HIM that we will not be transformed in some way. Conversations with our FATHER will not only transforms us but will also transform our future for ever. For it is written, " You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
So let's remember to converse with our FATHER continually for it is written, " Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Know that is not how much we say or how we say what we say, but that it is a matter of whether or not what we say comes from the heart and we believe and have faith that our FATHER not only hears us but will also answer us. Let's go before our FATHER and and build a relationship that transforms us on a daily basis. Come let's show our love for our FATHER by Praying and seeking HIS guidance and wisdom.

Praying is to me, Climbing into my FATHER'S lap and grabbing HIS hand and pouring my heart out to HIM.
If you are a dad and your child has ever climbed into your lap and began to pour their heart out to you, then you know what I am saying.

May we all be more like Epaphras who was always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured.

Let's help one another, one prayer at a time.

Let's start Praying....
